- Your FCC FRN.
- Any CSCEs from prior exams.
- Reliable computer, webcam, and microphone.

- CSCEs: Bring any existing certificates if you are upgrading.
- Quiet space: A clean desk, good lighting, and a distraction free room.
- Tech setup: Test webcam, microphone, speaker, and screen sharing before your session starts.

Testing internationally? International candidates are welcome. U.S. citizenship and residence are not required, but you must provide a valid U.S. mailing address for your FCC license application. Review the international candidate requirements before registering. If ExamTools will not accept your international phone number, leave it blank and email [email protected] with a cell number, including country code, that can receive calls and text messages.
