How WEARC online exam sessions work
Our sessions are remote, friendly, and structured so you know exactly what to do. The most important step is to use the official session page for payment and registration.
Registration checklist
- Choose a session date on HamStudy.
- Pay the exam fee using the link(s) on that page.
- Complete registration right after payment.
You should receive a confirmation email from ExamTools within a few minutes. If it is missing, check spam, then email us.
During the session
We will verify your identity, walk through the process, and help you feel comfortable before the exam begins.
- Plan to join a little early so your audio and video are working.
- Have a government-issued photo ID available.
- Pick a quiet space where you can focus.
- Follow the exact instructions in the session notes on HamStudy and ExamTools.
Use HamStudy to prepare
Practice until you are consistently passing. Then schedule your exam with confidence.
Tip: Focus on understanding, not memorization. It will make operating easier later.
We help first-timers

After you pass
Join a meeting, get advice on your first station, and make your first contacts with an elmer nearby.
